During this time we wish nothing but safety for our team and our clients. We are still operating our services and are taking precautions to keep everyone happy and safe!

If you scheduled a home evaluation, our team can virtually assist you via video call, our database, or a walk-through with precautionary efforts taken. As much as we want to shake hands we completely understand that a “hello” is perfectly fine! Hand sanitizer and limited interaction with surfaces will also be of utmost importance. (same applies for walk-throughs)
If your home is listed with gsb & associates, or if you are buying with us, the sale/purchase of your home is still our priority. We will continue showings with your permission and will be personally calling the showing realtor with instructions on showing the home. We will provide sanitizer if none is available. If you, or anyone you have been in contact with has travelled in the last two weeks or feels sick please let us know so we can reschedule showings for the safety of everyone.
